Pardee Homes plans to open new phase release today at its Durango Ranch neighborhood in southwestern Las Vegas. According to Pardee Homes Regional Sales Director Rob Tuvell, this is the final release scheduled for this year at Durango Ranch.
The gated enclave is off Pebble Road and Quarterhorse Lane, west of Durango Drive and will feature 23 single-story homes and a small neighborhood park.

Durango Ranch features single-story plans that range from 3,853 to 4,142 square feet with the optional Nevada Room, an enclosed patio area. Prices start from $459,490. The sales office and model homes are near the southeast corner of Durango Drive and Pebble Road in the southwest valley.
Scheduled for November completion is the Laramie Plan-C, which measures 3,853 square feet with four bedrooms, 3½ baths, three-car garage, den, game room, covered patio and buyer’s selection of flooring. It is priced at $522,690 and is situated on a cul-de-sac homesite.
Scheduled for November completion is a Cimarron Plan-B with four bedrooms, three baths, three-car garage. The 3,420-square-foot home includes a game room, covered patio and buyer’s selection of flooring. Situated on a large corner home site, the home is priced at $490,815.
Homes have optional detached casitas, optional Nevada Room instead of a covered patio, as many as four-car garages, large kitchens, great rooms and optional recreational vehicle parking pads.
The homes also include standard features such as 42-inch upper kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, slab-granite kitchen countertops in a choice of four colors and two-tone interior paint.
Durango Ranch is a part of Pardee Homes’ LivingSmart program that includes standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources in new homes, Tuvell said. To reach Durango Ranch from Interstate 15, take Blue Diamond Road/State Route 160 west to Durango Drive. Turn right on Durango and turn right at Pebble Road. The model homes and sales office are ahead on the right.
