Ryland communities feature ‘field homes’ under construction

When looking for the perfect new home and community, Ryland Homes knows timing is everything.

Celebrating Ryland’s national “It’s Ready Now” event, the builder is offering dozens of homes ready for immediate move-in across Southern Nevada.

“Shopping for a new home, whether it’s your first or last, takes research and thoughtful consideration,” said Desiree Van Leer, marketing manager for Ryland Homes’ Southern Nevada division.

“But timing is key. Some homebuyers want to move in during a long holiday or during their vacation. Others need to plan around their children’s school schedules,” she said.

“These are homes that are built at each community with our most popular floor plans and features. At every Ryland neighborhood in Southern Nevada, you can usually find at least one field home that is either already under construction or completed. All you need to do is move in,” she said.

Ryland’s Madori Gardens in Green Valley has field homes available. It offers four three-story townhomes ranging from 2,222 to 2,370 square feet. The new designs include as many as four bedrooms, as many as many as 3½ baths, a two-car garage and a rooftop deck, which is included with every home. All homes at Madori Gardens are Energy Star certified.

“One of our field homes currently under construction is a 2,222-square-foot home with four bedrooms, four baths and a rooftop deck with beautiful panoramic views of the city and mountains,” said Madori Gardens sales counselor Alex Natour. “This home also has deep garage bays offering more storage space, 42-inch kitchen cabinets and an extended kitchen island with granite countertops.

It is prewired for speakers and a flat screen, as well, so it has some very nice upgrades while still allowing you to personalize it to your taste with things like flooring options.”

Madori Gardens’ first phase of homes is scheduled to be completed in December.

“We have at least one of every model under construction, and you can check out our website for details on each one before stopping by to check out the models,” Natour said.

The neighborhood has four models available for previewing, two decorated and two shown without furnishings “so you can see what you are really getting in these beautiful homes.”

Natour said Madori Gardens is the perfect neighborhood for busy homeowners.

“It is a very easy place to live, especially if you like to travel, because the HOA (homeowners association) maintains all the common landscaping, building exteriors, two gated entrances and even water and sewer,” he said.

“You don’t have to worry about anything if something happens when you are at work or out of town. And since the community is professionally maintained, you know that your neighborhood will look just as beautiful in five years as it does today,” he said.

Madori Gardens residents enjoy their own luxury amenities with a park trail, sand volleyball court and two sand horseshoe pits.

The neighborhood’s location has been cited as one of its most attractive features.

Residents enjoy the award-winning Reunion Trails Park just across the street from home. The 12-acre park includes a lighted basketball court, dog park, playground, splash pad, walking course, open grass areas, covered picnic shelters and picnic tables.
