Tuscany Village offers single-story homes

This month, home shoppers have a unique opportunity to save on Dunhill Homes' popular single-story plans at Tuscany Village in Henderson. Dunhill Homes' Year-end Special sales event offers as much as $20,000 in upgrades and incentives on single-story plans at Tuscany Village in Henderson.

"Single-story homes are among the top-selling at Tuscany Village, with seven single-story plans available to build and two available for quick move-in," said Marina Petric, Dunhill Homes sales agent. Dunhill Homes' single-story plans at Tuscany Village range from 1,215 to 2,683 square feet with as many as four bedrooms and three baths. Prices start at $141,490.

"There are many advantages to single-story living," Petric said. "The biggest advantage is for those who can't or don't want to climb stairs, but they are also known for being more spacious and being more energy efficient."

Dunhill Homes has two single-story plans available for quick move-in at Tuscany Village.

The Roma 1438 model will be complete in December and has two bedrooms, home office, two baths and a two-car garage. The 1,438-square-foot model includes a covered patio, kitchen island with granite countertops.

"... We have a Roma 1810 model that is available this month," said Petric. "It is one of our most popular models with a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel double ovens and cooktop, granite countertops and upgraded cabinets.
