Tuscany Village showcased

Preseason is over and it’s time for real savings on new homes in Southern Nevada. Celebrating its “Kickoff Home Sales Event,” Century Communities is offering up to $20,000 in savings at its Rhodes Ranch and Westmont at Tuscany Village communities in Southern Nevada. At Tuscany Village, a select few homes are available for quick move-in.

“We are nearing the end zone with our ‘Kickoff Home Sales Event,’ so time is running out to take advantage of these incredible savings,” said Ryan Soucie, director of sales for Century Communities in Southern Nevada. Century Communities is one of the country’s five fastest-growing homebuilders with communities in Colorado, Texas and Nevada. “You can save anywhere from $5,000 to $20,000 on a brand-new home in communities that offer luxury amenities at value pricing.”

Tuscany Village is the builder’s popular Henderson-based master plan. The Italian-themed community includes rolling hillsides with views of the mountain and city, an award-winning golf course and the multimillion-dollar La Vita Tuscana recreation center.

“We also have 15 unique single and two-story homes to choose from, all offering Tuscan, Spanish Colonial or Andalusian stylings,” sales associate Marietta Manayan said. “Whether you are looking for a larger home for your family or are downsizing to a smaller home, we have the perfect fit for your lifestyle.”

During the event, Century Communities is adding incentives on all homes at Tuscany Village.

Among those homes is a Roma 2683 field home, ready for immediate move-in.

“This home includes $20,000 in incentives and lots of fantastic upgrades, so it is one of the best values per square foot in Tuscany,” Manayan said. “It is fully upgraded with ceramic tile floors, a fireplace, a gourmet kitchen and stainless steel appliances.” The single-story home includes three bedrooms, den, three baths and a three-car garage.

“That isn’t the only great value at Tuscany Village,” sales associate Marina Petric said. “We have a few field homes that are under construction … Most have beautiful upgrades and all have covered patios.”

Another home under construction is a Roma 1810 model with two bedrooms, a den, two baths and a two-car garage.

“This home is ready for you to move in and includes all of our standard appointments as well as ceramic tile floors and stainless steel appliances,” Petric said.

Tuscany Village includes many standard features in its homes that are considered upgrades at most new-home communities. Residents enjoy paver driveways, granite kitchen countertops, gourmet kitchen islands, cultured marble countertops in the baths and tankless water heaters.

“Some plans also include our signature Valets, oversized garages, standard covered patios and walk-in kitchen pantries,” Manayan said. Every home at Tuscany Village is also Energy Star certified.

“And Century Communities doesn’t fumble on any aspect of Tuscany Village,” Manayan said. “Residents get their own luxury amenities for a low monthly homeowner’s association fee and it even includes basic cable television!”

Tuscany Village residents enjoy an award-winning championship golf course and clubhouse, multimillion-dollar recreation center, outdoor walking trails and playgrounds and an opulent 24-hour guard gated entrance.

“The 35,000 square foot La Vita Tuscana recreation center is open year-round and has a full-size gym, fully equipped fitness center, aerobics room, basketball and racquetball courts,” Manayan said.

Residents can enjoy a 25-meter lap pool, resort style pool, oversized spas, large covered cabanas, lighted tennis courts, basketball courts, abundant walking trails and a children’s playground.

To visit Tuscany Village, take Lake Mead Drive in Henderson heading east. Follow the signs to the community and turn left on Cadence Crest and right on Water Street to the main entrance.

Tuscany’s sales office is at 1549 Olivia Parkway and is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. For more information, call 702-873-7287 or visit www.dunhillhomes.com.
