William Lyons opens Tierra Este

William Lyon Homes has opened Tierra Este, an all-single-story-homes neighborhood in the northern valley.

“Tierra Este remains true to the reputation of William Lyon Homes with quality construction, well-designed floor plans, room variations, personalizing opportunities, amazing customer service and so much more,” sales agent Bridget Parker said.

The neighborhood features four floor plans from 1,696 to 2,434 square feet on lots measuring at least 6,000 square feet. Buyers have options to in flooring, cabinets, countertops and appliances, along with plan-specific room variations such as a den instead of a bedroom, a patio cover or a fireplace.

“Tierra Este is the ‘total package’ of large open floor plans, stainless-steel appliances, outdoor living spaces, builder reputation, superior architectural design, prices starting from the low $200,000s and location,’” Parker said.

Four floor plans are available. The 1,696-square-foot Plan One model offers a great room style with gathering spaces, three bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage. Four bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage are featured in the 1,923-square-foot Plan Two and the 2,066-square-foot Plan Three models.

“Plan Three is unique and nowhere else in the valley is William Lyon selling this design. This home has what I call a ‘kitchen forward,’ which is a kitchen that is built at the front of the house with a dining area looking out to the front yard or into an optional courtyard,” Parker said.

The largest design — the 2,229-square-foot Plan Four — features four bedrooms and two baths along with the option for a fifth bedroom and third bath instead of a third garage bay.

The neighborhood is a few blocks away from the Craig Ranch Regional Park. The 170-acre park features playgrounds, picnic areas, a dog park, community garden plots, a skate park and athletic fields.

Summer move-ins are available. Incentives are available, including a $5,000 incentive for members of the military. Sales office is on East Lone Mountain Road, west of North Fifth Street, at 204 Dela Cruz Ave. in North Las Vegas. To visit, take Interstate 15 to Craig Road and head west, turning north on North Fifth Street and then west on East Lone Mountain Road. The neighborhood is on the south side of the street.
