A free guided hike is planned from 2 to 4 p.m. July 31 at the Gateway, with an interpretive naturalist set to lead small groups on an easy-to-moderate trail, sharing information about the trail, flora and fauna and the Spring Mountains. Bowl 4 The Kids: The annual fundraiser for the Cure 4 The Kids Foundation’s Charity Care Program is planned for July 30 at the Strike Zone Bowling Center at Sunset Station, 1301 W. Sunset Road.
