“Ancient Rome — The Empire that Shaped the World”: The traveling summer exhibit is set to be on display at the Las Vegas Natural History Museum, 900 Las Vegas Blvd. North, through Sept. 11. Visitors will take a hands-on journey through the Roman Imperial period, exploring military war machines, significant construction inventions such as pottery wheels and grinding mills, large-scale technical innovations such as cranes, water pumps and more.
