GARDNERVILLE — A historic hotel in Gardnerville will assume a new role after being purchased by a local man. The Record-Courier of Gardnerville reported Re/Max Realty Affiliates owner John Fisher acquired the Adaven Hotel along U.S. 395 for $275,000 with plans to convert 11 upstairs rooms into office suites later this summer.
