Many questions are answered and save us on the board from going over the same subjects in the meetings. In one of your R-J column you answered the question about increasing dues with a short answer that said increases are allowed. And that’s true, but I feel you should have elaborated a bit about increases.

Q: In 1999, I signed a lease and put down an $800 security deposit. I continued to renew it and in 2011 I signed a six-year lease, which clearly states “the tenant has deposited the sum of $800 prepaid with the landlord for the security deposit.”
