EDITORIAL: The Colorado experience

There were lots of hurrahs when Colorado voters decriminalized marijuana in 2012, praise that continues to this day. But Colorado’s experience has had plenty of problems, something Nevada voters should keep in mind as they head to the ballot box to vote on a similar measure this year.
