While it won’t open its doors to the public until Monday, Circa owner Derek Stevens offered a preview Tuesday of the resort’s luxurious rooftop lounge.
Plenty of nods to classic Las Vegas will be visible at Circa. But you would be hard-pressed to find one as iconic or as tasty as a 99-cent shrimp cocktail.
Chef/owner Dan Coughlin, best known to local foodies for his pioneering Fremont Street restaurant Le Thai, said the opening date moved up from December to Oct. 28.
A total of eight restaurants at Santa Fe Station, Green Valley Ranch and Red Rock Resort are now open for either takeout or dine-in service.
Amid fears of coronavirus, the company says closures at casinos will start Sunday and be evaluated weekly.
