An armed teen was shot in the head by a person walking their dog during an argument in an upscale community near Summerlin early Monday, Las Vegas police said.

Las Vegas police have made an arrest in a targeted killing at a Summerlin restaurant on Nov. 23.
The victim, described by police as a man in his 30s, was fatally wounded while trying to sell a computer on the 8400 block of Shady Shores Circle.
