LV Film Festival adds comedy, video games

The Las Vegas Film Festival is adding live comedy and independent video games to its lineup when it returns June 6-10 .

Mike Plante, former CineVegas programmer and current senior programmer for short films at the Sundance Film Festival, will oversee these additions in his new role as the festival’s captain of strategy. For the past three years, Plante has helped program the CineVegas Presents portion of the fest.

The 2018 Las Vegas Film Festival will once again take place at Brenden Theatres at the Palms.
