ROUNDUP: Dunn drives Muckers past Thunderbirds
Elaina Dunn had 12 digs and 12 kills on Friday to lead Tonopah’s girls volleyball team to a 25-20, 25-18, 25-16 road win over Indian Springs.
Alli Friel added seven assists, six digs, three kills and two aces, and Deanna VanPoucke had five kills, four digs and two blocks for the Muckers.
Calvary Chapel 3, Laughlin 0 — At Laughlin, Brettani Davis had 12 aces, 13 digs and three kills to lift the Lions to a 25-16, 25-17, 25-9 victory over the Cougars.
Brooke Davis added four aces, 11 assists and two kills for Calvary Chapel.
Maddy Satelo posted five kills for the Lions, and teammates Jamie Mejia and Allison Brown supplied four kills apiece.
