Streets in different parts of the Las Vegas Valley will be closed or disrupted for different reasons beginning Wednesday.

Fremont Street, between Las Vegas Boulevard and Sixth Street, will be closed to vehicles from 9 a.m. Wednesday to 5 a.m. Thursday for a special event at the Park on Fremont eatery.

Meanwhile, lane restrictions will be in place for field survey work on a sewer line project at Harmon Avenue and Swenson Street.

The far-left lane of two left-turn lanes will be restricted on northbound Swenson. The left through lane on Swenson also will be restricted.

Restrictions are scheduled from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Thursday through at least Saturday, according to the Clark County Water Reclamation District.
