Literary Las Vegas: Justin Hill

“Zodaccia: Realms of Chaos,” a fantasy book by Las Vegas author Justin Hill, introduces readers to a war between good and evil in a realm invisible to the human eye in a reality parallel but separate from Earth. Newsmakers, Nov. 20-26, 2014

Linda Lister, director of UNLV Opera, is the 2014 winner of the American Prize in Directing, for “Sancta Susanna” and “Suor Angelica.” Lister was selected from applications reviewed this summer from across the United States. The American Prize is a series of nonprofit competitions designed to recognize and reward the best performing artists, ensembles and composers in the United States based on submitted recordings.
