Cantor Fitzgerald LP denied a published report Thursday that federal prosecutors are investigating its gaming unit’s chief executive for participating in his company accepting illegal sports bet.
Daniel Lee, a veteran gaming executive, has been appointed chief executive officer of the Palms Casino Resort. Lee replaces Joseph Magliarditi, who took over day-to-day operations of the off-Strip property in June 2011.
