Carson City District Judge James Todd Russell on Thursday denied a preliminary injunction sought by liquor distributors to stop the Nevada Tax Department from letting marijuana licensees get into the business of transporting pot from growers to retailers.
Cannabis dispensaries in Clark County are permitted to be open from 7 a.m. to 3 a.m., but the county’s Green Ribbon Panel on Friday said it wants to advise commissioners to extend marijuana store hours.
Clark County issued a stern message to Southern Nevada marijuana businesses: Stop advertising stoned yoga, or we’ll yank your license to sell weed.
