Ballard Spahr law firm moving to Downtown Summerlin

A law firm has left downtown Las Vegas for Downtown Summerlin.

Ballard Spahr announced Monday that it moved its local office to the top floor of One Summerlin, a nine-story office building in the 106-acre, open-air Downtown Summerlin mall at Sahara Avenue and the 215 Beltway.

The firm, which is occupying 14,955 square feet, moved from Molasky Corporate Center, a 17-story tower at 100 City Parkway.

“Downtown Summerlin has become the epicenter of Las Vegas growth and activity, and our move puts us right in the middle of it,” Robert Kim, managing partner of Ballard Spahr’s Las Vegas office, said in the announcement.

Ballard Spahr says it has more than 550 lawyers in 13 U.S. offices.
