At left, Red Rock Resort team members (from left to right: Rochelle Gill, Donald Gordon, Kathy Anthis, Rae Simeone and

Station Casinos donated $1 from every participant up to $10,000 toward the creation of Fisher House. That goal was met and the company presented a check to Scott Bensing, president of the Nevada Military Support Alliance, which is spearheading the project. The group has pledged to raise $3 million toward the construction of the Las Vegas facility that would provide a free home away from home for military members and veterans, and their families, requiring longer-term medical care and rehabilitation services. Nevada is the only state with a major military facility without a Fisher House. For more information, visit www.nvmilitarysupport.org.
