Healthcare Solutions acquires Las Vegas-based ScripNet
Las Vegas-based ScripNet, a leading pharmacy benefit management company serving the workers compensation market, has been acquired by Atlanta-based Healthcare Solutions.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The combined organization will produce annual revenue exceeding $400 million, officials said Wednesday in a statement.
ScripNet is one of the fastest growing pharmacy benefit management companies in North America, providing PBM services to more than 5 million employees through pharmacies in all 50 states. ScripNet is a 10-time winner of Inc. Magazine's annual listing of the 500/5000 fastest-growing privately held companies in the nation and this year celebrates its 15th year in business.
