Real estate program will cover land buying
The commercial real-estate certification program’s 2008 series will cover land acquisition in its next course, running 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. April 5 at the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors office, 1750 E. Sahara Ave.
The Lied Institute for Real Estate Studies at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas will present the course with the Southern Nevada chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors.
