Investors meeting slated for Sierra Health

Sierra Health Services, a Las Vegas-based health maintenance organization provider, will hold a stockholders meeting June 27 to consider and vote on its proposed merger with UnitedHealth Group.

The meeting will run at 1 p.m. in the chairman's auditorium at Sierra Health Services' corporate complex, 2716 N. Tenaya Way.

Shareholders of record as of May 18 may attend and vote at the meeting. The company said it will mail proxy statements for the special meeting on or about May 21.

SellingSource.com, a company offering technology-driven marketing services such as online advertising, collocation and disaster recovery, named Laura Olson-Reyes marketing communications director.

Payroll Solutions Group, a Las Vegas-based human resources and administration services company, named Eli Alper payroll administrator.

Martin & Martin Civil Engineers and Surveyors named John McGee civil designer on Sands Expo and Convention Center, the Cosmopolitan, and The Palazzo projects and Bill Sanchez drainage department manager.
