A sprawling shopping center next to McCarran International Airport has a new landlord.
McCarran Marketplace, a roughly 585,200-square-foot strip mall on Eastern Avenue at Russell Road, sold for $41 million to an investor in Southern California, according to an announcement Wednesday by brokerage SRS Real Estate Partners.
Dallas-based SRS said it worked with both the buyer and seller in the deal, but it did not identify either party.
The center’s retailers include Walmart, Lowe’s, PetSmart, Office Depot and Ross Dress for Less.
Las Vegas-based Marnell Properties developed the 75-acre project.
