Howard Hughes Corp. on Tuesday announced more tenants for the Shops at Summerlin, a new retail mall being built in western Las Vegas.
Stores being added include Michael Kors, True Religion, Sephora and Victoria’s Secret, officials said in a statement.
Others include American Eagle, Art of Shaving, Bath & Body Works, Buckle, Clark’s, Everything But Water, It’Sugar, Old Navy, Pandora, Resto Lounge, Sur La Table, Teavana and Ulta.
“These new fashion retailers will contribute to a dynamic and engaging downtown, which will certainly evolve into a major destination for the entire region,” Kevin Orrock, president of Summerlin and vice president of master planned communities for the Howard Hughes Corp., said in the statement.
A 200,000-square-foot Dillard’s and 180,000-square-foot Macy’s were previously announced.
Shops at Summerlin is part of a planned urban center called Downtown Summerlin. It’s near West Charleston Boulevard and the 215 Beltway, south of Red Rock Resort.
Construction began last year on the 106-acre, 1.6 million-square-foot development, which is the first phase in the urban center. Plans also call for a nine-story office building.
When complete in late 2014, the Shops at Summerlin will include more than 125 stores and restaurants.
