Police searching for missing teen

Las Vegas police are searching for a 15-year-old girl who has been missing since earlier this morning and might be in need of medical assistance.

Police said Illiana Zamora was last seen about 5 a.m. near Farm and Fort Apache roads in the northwest valley.

Illiana is described as Hispanic. She stands 4-feet-9-inches tall and weighs 99 pounds. She has medium complexion, red hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black tank top and grey sweat pants.

Police said she left her home voluntarily, but is believed to be in need of immediate medical assistance.

All hospitals and emergency service providers are asked to check their records to determine if they had contact with Illiana. They are asked to notify law enforcement if they have.

Anyone with information on Illiana's whereabouts are urged to call Las Vegas police at 828-3111 or the department's Missing Persons Detail at 828-2907.
