Las Vegas police are investigating a domestic violence-related barricade Monday evening in the northwest valley.

Officers responded to the 8200 block of Ocean Terrace Way about 4:30 p.m., near West Lake Mead and North Rampart Boulevards, Metropolitan Police Department Lt. Jeff Goodwin said.

After a negotiation with SWAT, one person was taken into custody at 8:32 p.m. No one was injured during the incident.
