  • The 13th annual Reggae in the Desert festival is scheduled from noon to 11 p.m. June 14 at the Clark County Amphitheatre, 500 S. Grand Central Parkway.   • An opening reception for Angel Delgado’s art show “Constancy” and a documentary screening are scheduled from 6 to 8 p.m. June 14 at Amanda Harris Gallery of Contemporary Art, 900 Las Vegas Blvd. South. The series of paintings and sculptures are inspired by the months Delgado was imprisoned in Cuba for a controversial performance art piece in 1990.
