Pet Project
Project N-Fidelika is the name given to the badass new project featuring Angelo Moore of Fishbone, George Lynch of Dokken and Lynch Mob, Pancho Tomaselli of War and Chris Moore of Magrudergrind. The outfit, which made its nationwide debut at Count’s Vamp’d in January, returns for a free show there Wednesday.
Rock your block off
The Dillinger, 1224 Arizona St. in Boulder City, is hosting its fifth annual block party Saturday with a bunch of activities and great bands, including the Scoundrels, the American Weather, Hidden Levels, Sandy Nelson, Same Sex Mary, the Junkyard Dogs, Moksha and Phil Friendly Trio. The event is free and open to all ages.
Purple passion
Celebrate the memory of Prince at two events around town. On Saturday, the Bunkhouse is featuring a tribute featuring Brian G Soul, The 11th Street Band, We Are Pancakes and more. Tickets are $10. On Thursday, Count’s Vamp’d is playing “Purple Rain” in its entirety, followed by a jam afterward. That event is free.

Head to the Bunkhouse Saloon on Friday for the Macro Fi reunion featuring Holding on to Sound, the Skooners, One Pin Short and Outside Looking In with special guests Hassan, Late for Dinner and Scott Quering. Tickets for the show are $10. Doors are at 7 p.m.
Hey, man, nice shot
On Wednesday, Filter and Orgy are set to share a bill at Brooklyn Bowl at The Linq with Vampires Everywhere and Death Valley High. Tickets for the 18-and-older show, which kicks off at 5:30 p.m., are $20.
