How Las Vegas, fans around the country honored John Lennon — PHOTOS

Fans of music legend John Lennon came together in downtown Las Vegas last night to honor the 35-year anniversary of the tragic death of The Beatles front man. 

Lennon, who would have been 75 this year, was gunned down in the archway of his residence at The Dakota building in Manhattan in 1980, Bloomberg reports.

To celebrate his legacy, Beatles enthusiasts gathered at the "Abbey Road" pedestrian crossing on Fremont Street.
