Pierce the Veil teams up with Sleeping With Sirens

Vic Fuentes’ voice is so high-pitched, earnest and frequently pained, it’s as if he’s carving his words into his flesh as he’s singing them.
Fuentes’ helium-huffing whelp is one of the distinguishing characteristics of the band he fronts, San Diego post-hardcore troupe Pierce the Veil.
Another is the band’s knack for embedding prog rock conceits into their sing-along metallic pop.
“King For A Day,” Pierce the Veil’s most popular song thus far, features a guest vocal appearance from Sleeping With Sirens singer Kellin Quinn, so it’s fitting that the two bands are ensconced on a co-headlining tour together.
