Revisit 5 of DJ-producer duo Caked Up’s best remixes

DJ-producer duo Caked Up may call the Bay Area home these days, but group members Oscar Wylde and Vegas Banger originally hail from these parts. With the pair returning to Las Vegas on Monday, get ready by revisiting some of their more celebrated remixes:

Lady Gaga, “Applause”

“Now twerk and clap that (you-know-what)” to this banger.

Ludacris, “How Low”

To quote comedian Ron Funches, “Ludacris is the Squirt soda of rappers. I’m always like, ‘Uh, I didn’t ask for this, but damn if it isn’t refreshing.’ ” This trap mix makes him even more so.

Kendrick Lamar, “M.A.A.D. City”

Serious tonal shift here, taking this sobering tune and making it anything but sober. Kind of like the dudes who made it.

Major Lazer & Pharrell, “Aerosol Can”

Somehow making Major Lazer even more frenetic and chaotic-sounding takes skill. Or a love of tinnitus. You be the judge.

Iggy Azalea, “Fancy”

Quite the feat, making this once-ubiquitous hit kind of tolerable. Kind of. Hey, that’s something.
