Century Communities offers single-story homes in North Las Vegas

Century Communities offers single-story homes in Cambria, a collection of homes with just seven home sites left, located in a gated community, near Ann Road and Commerce Street. Cambria also sells homes to be built at Madison Estates, which is 2 miles away, with 16 larger lots that can accommodate optional three-car garages.

This new-home community is close to dining and shopping and major employment centers, such as Nellis Air Force Base. It even has its own private community parks with playground equipment for children.

Cambria offers two single-story and three two-story plans with as many as five bedrooms. The homes range in size from 1,812 to 2,443 square feet and prices start in the low $200,000s.

"Our model home is very representative of the quality construction and design Century Communities is known for providing," said Ginny Gordon, a Century Communities sales agent. "It is a two-story plan with 1,996 square feet, three bedrooms, 2½ baths and a two-car garage."

She said during October, the builder is offering as much as $15,000 financial incentives on move-in ready homes.

Cambria's sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday through Sunday and noon to 6 p.m. on Monday. The office is closed on Tuesday and Wednesday. "Cambria is located near the Craig Ranch Regional Park, which is comprised of 170 acres and offers lots of activities," Gordon said.

Craig Ranch Regional Park includes baseball fields, tennis courts, basketball courts, a skate park, a dog park and sand volleyball courts.

All homes will be Energy-Star certified, include radiant roof barriers and energy-efficient windows, paver driveways, granite kitchen countertops, maple wood cabinetry, gourmet kitchen islands (per plan), and cultured marble countertops in the bathrooms.

"Century Communities even provides stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, with every home it builds," Gordon said.
