East Coast Native Plants Roots in Dream Home at One Las Vegas

After years of traveling to Las Vegas for work and pleasure, businessman Michael Kelly traded in his New York life for his dream home at One Las Vegas, the twin 20-story condominium towers located on the south end of Las Vegas Boulevard.

“I have always loved this city — from the warm weather and variety of world-class restaurants to its amazing ability to attract people from all different parts of the world,” Kelly said. “I finally decided there was no better time than the present to make a move. When I explained to my Realtor what I was looking for in a home, she immediately told me about One Las Vegas. It didn’t take me long to decide that I had found home.”

As an East Coast native, Kelly is no stranger to condominium living and was easily impressed by everything One Las Vegas had to offer, especially given its affordability.

“One Las Vegas is a tremendous value,” Kelly said. “The robust amenities and service create a first-class hotel-like environment, but even better because it’s home.”

Kelly chose a one-bedroom residence with sweeping city and mountain views, and he was pleased with how simple and straightforward the application and financing process was for him.

“One Las Vegas truly rivals many of the other homes I’ve lived in,” Kelly said. “I am a fitness fanatic, so the state-of-the-art two-story fitness center is like a dream come true. I also love Splash, the 24-hour oasis-inspired pool; the movie theater, SHOW; and the club room, Celebrate, where I’ve already hosted guests.”

Kelly especially appreciates the breathtaking city views from his balcony. And because Kelly continues to be a frequent traveler, One Las Vegas’ proximity to the airport and highway access are important benefits.

“I find it so convenient to get anywhere I need to be — whether it’s the Strip, downtown Las Vegas or the airport — everything is within a short drive, which is key to my lifestyle,” Kelly said.

Homes at One Las Vegas range from 831 to 2,857 square feet, with many floor plans offering spectacular views of both the mountains and the Strip. One-bedroom homes are priced from the low $200,000s; two-bedroom homes from the high $200,000s; and three-bedroom homes from the low $400,000s. The penthouse, which offers 3,000 square feet of sweeping views, is priced at $1.1 million, considered a “virtual steal” relative to other Las Vegas penthouses of similar size. One Las Vegas is also VA home loan-approved, and it offers 15- and 30-year fixed mortgages, as well as 10 percent-down mortgages.

One Las Vegas is conveniently located close to Interstate 15, the 215 Beltway and is just minutes from McCarran International Airport. Town Square, just a few blocks north of the property, provides shopping and scores of dining and entertainment options right in the neighborhood.

For more information, visit the One Las Vegas on-site sales center at 8255 Las Vegas Blvd. South or online at theonelv.com, or call 702.405.9020. The sales center is open Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.
