New golf course homes available at Rhodes Ranch in Las Vegas

One of the only places left in Las Vegas to purchase a new home on a golf course is the master-planned community of Rhodes Ranch in southwest Las Vegas. Century Communities is the sole builder of the master plan and offers 13 newly designed floor plans ranging in size from 1,638 to 3,609 square feet starting from the mid-$200s.

Residents of Rhodes Ranch enjoy 24-hour guard gated entries, a multimillion-dollar recreation center and many other desirable amenities. The community offers miles of walking trails that overlook the 18-hole championship golf course, masterfully designed by legendary architect Ted Robinson Sr. and surrounded by lush, tropical landscaping.

"Rhodes Ranch is unlike any other community in southwest Las Vegas," said sales associate DeAnna Forsyth. "Residents have exclusive access to an exquisitely appointed recreation center with indoor and outdoor fitness opportunities. They also enjoy a one-of-a-kind water park."

The Fun Zone is the only private water park of its kind in Southern Nevada and is joined by a 25-meter lap pool, two eight-person spas, a 12-person spa, four large covered cabanas, an exterior lighted basketball court, two sand volleyball courts, four lighted tennis courts and a children's playground with activity structures at Rhodes Ranch.

There are several move-in-ready homes inside Rhodes Ranch that are specially priced through Oct. 31 for Century Communities' ongoing fall sales event. One of the specially priced homes, the Haven 2288, is a two-story home featuring four bedrooms with one downstairs.

The kitchen hosts granite countertops, 36-inch maple cabinets with 3-inch crown molding, an undermount sink and pendant lighting above the large island. This home also has upgrades such as a covered patio and is ready for immediate move-in.

"Every one of our new homes will be Energy Star certified," said Forsyth. "These open-style plans will include large windows to provide plenty of natural light, options for multigenerational living, extra-large kitchen islands and even options for dual master suites."

Another home that is a part of the fall sales event is the Oasis 2643. This two-story home offers a downstairs fourth bedroom and a fully upgraded kitchen to include 36-inch maple cabinets with 3-inch crown molding, granite countertops and pendant lighting. The stairway has an upgraded mission railing, and there are cultured marble dual square sinks in the master and secondary bathrooms upstairs. The garage features front coach lights and paver walk and driveways for stylish curb appeal.

Buyers can save up to $20,000 on this move-in-ready home when they visit Rhodes Ranch this weekend.

For more information, visit the Rhodes Ranch sales office located at 849 Orchard Course Drive Exit the 215 at S. Durango Drive and head south to Robindale Road. The Rhodes Ranch guard gate is on your right and will direct you to the model park, which is open Tuesday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. or Monday noon to 6 p.m. You can also call the sales office at 702-740-4111 or visit the website centurycommunities.com/Nevada.
