“It has been 20 years since Pardee has opened a new neighborhood in Summerlin,” Pardee Homes’ Vice President of Sales Geoff Gorman said.

The innovative one- and two-story home designs at Nova Ridge include a nod to the neighborhood’s elevated location in The Cliffs, with views of the Las Vegas Valley and adjacent mountains.
