Good news for Southwest valley residents who are starved for choices for good quick meals: A Chipotle location will open soon at 3815 Blue Diamond Road, just west of Valley View Boulevard.

The company hasn't announced an official opening date, but they're hiring (if you're interested, go to www.chipotle.com, click on "careers" at the bottom of the page and put "Blue Diamond" in the first search box).

At any rate, if they're starting the hiring process, those burritos and bowls and tacos have to be right around the corner.
