CHANGE OF SCENERY

A few weeks ago, we asked readers to show us what fall looks like by sending in their favorite seasonal photos.

More than 50 responded with pictures of fall foliage, kids playing outside, animals, leaves and that favorite fall squash, pumpkin. While many were high quality photos, it was Las Vegan Kathy Gard's picture of a wild horse grazing in the desert that was selected for first prize. Gard will receive $100 for the photo she took on an autumn day at Cold Creek Canyon.
