Why confine yourself to green beer for St. Patrick’s Day when you can have a green bagel?

Wynn Las Vegas executive master baker Johann Willar has created a green, white and gold bagel to coordinate with the wearin’ of the green. It has a schmear of cream cheese, and will be available through Thursday for $6 each at Jardin at Encore and The Cafe at Wynn.

The Wynn bake-shop operation over which Willar presides produces more than 20,000 pieces a day, with more than 150 varieties 0f breads, rolls and crackers.
