Future of Fashion: The International Academy of Design & Technology in Las Vegas has added Fashion Merchandising to its list of bachelor degree programs. Fashion Merchandising students will learn about business, marketing, management and sales principles used within the fashion industry as a means of developing concepts and refining merchandising skills. Forever and Ever: Forever 21 celebrates the grand opening of its largest Nevada store July 24 at Fashion Show mall. The first 700 guests in line get gift cards ranging in values up to $210. A DJ and photographer will be onsite. Visit Meadows mall and Boulevard Mall Forever 21 locations the week prior to register for a $521 gift card. The new department store concept spans more than 126,000 square feet and will introduce new Forever 21 brands to the Nevada market. There will be 36 cash registers and 132 fitting rooms.

Unique Boutique: Desigual has opened its first Las Vegas boutique at Fashion Show mall. The boutique originated in Barcelona 25 years ago and is best known for its individualistic approach to dress people, not bodies. Desigual features clothes for men, women, children and a variety of accessories.

Bling it On: Tiffany & Co. introduces its Engagement Ring Finder iPhone app. It has tools to select the perfect Tiffany diamond engagement ring, a ring sizer that works when an actual ring is placed on the screen, and the option to schedule an appointment for a diamond consultation. Say Om: Qua Baths & Spa at Caesars has added both yoga and water Qi Gong classes. Led by yoga master Swami Ramananda, Qua's yoga practices are held weekly in the newly opened Tranquility yoga center. Qi Gong is held weekly in the Bacchus pool. Individual yoga and Qi Gong classes are $15.

In Design: Target is partnering with world-renowned luxury accessories brand Mulberry to launch a limited-edition handbag collection, Mulberry for Target. It will be available Oct. 10 through Dec. 24.

Open up Shop: Thomas Sabo has opened its newest Las Vegas boutique (the original is at Fashion Show mall) at the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian. The brand is internationally known for using the highest quality silver with trendsetting designs at affordable prices.

New Store: H&M will open its largest U.S. store to date at the Forum Shops at Caesars in late fall '10. The 60,000-square-foot store will include trends for ladies, men, young ladies, young men and children, as well as accessories. Other new retailers at the Forum Shops include UGG this fall, Christian Audigier this summer, True Religion Brand Jeans this fall and Inglot this fall.

On the Run: From now through the end of August, lucy at Town Square is offering 20 percent off any full-priced lucy item to customers who present a race bib.
