Food drive art at the Palazzo

Employees from The Venetian, The Palazzo, and Sands Expo completed against each other in a ”Can Construction” challenge to build a piece of artwork around the theme, “Sustainable Summer” as part of a food drive for Three Square Food Bank.
The “CANstruction” event took place Thursday, June 23rd at The Palazzo Atrium. The “Holy CANnoli!” team built a farm and won the most creative art award. The “Ragtown Builders” won for the best structural integrity with their Hoover Dam & O’Callaghan–Tillman bridge, and the “Gioco Festa” team built a lighthouse and won the award for bringing in 17,000 food items.
