What’s the cutest way you’ve been asked out?

BRITTANY DICKENS

INTERVIEWED STUDENTS AT BONANZA HIGH SCHOOL

ALLISON WINDER, Senior

"My ex-boyfriend went to Build-A-Bear and dressed it up like a cowgirl then dropped it off at my friend's house all the way across town. There was a voice box inside and it said, 'Will you go out with me?' It was so cute."

APRYL BUNAGAN, Senior

"One of my best guy friends from a different school came to my sixth period with a dozen roses, chocolates and a T-shirt that said 'Me + you = homecoming.' Of course I said yes."

JACK DELAMORE, Senior

"This girl and her friend had put confetti and balloons all around my room. Then she popped out of my closet and asked me to Sadies."

ANA REALMUTO, Junior

"I went home and on my front lawn there were two rocks. The biggest one said no and the other said yes. There was a sign that said bring the rock with your answer. So, of course, I said yes."

IAN SWAGGSWORTH, Junior

"I made a YouTube video with me holding a white board covering my face and it said, 'Oh Dinah Rose, will you go with me to homecoming?' Then I showed my face. She responded with a YouTube video of her and her friend doing a skit about what they would think homecoming would be like and started dancing. Then at the end of the video she held up a sign saying 'Yes.' "

ROBERT EVANS, Sophomore

"I was in class and gathered all my friends. They each held a sign with the words 'Will you go to homecoming.' Then when she walked into class I showed mine that said 'with me.' "

CARMEN TINOCO, Sophomore

"In my third period there was a card on my desk that said 'I wished upon a star and you came true.' Then in my fourth there was a teddy bear. Next in my fifth period there were chocolates. When I got to lunch one of his friends was playing his guitar while he was singing a song. Then he lifted up his shirt and it said 'homecoming?' painted on his stomach."
