Baby in stable condition after falling into pool, police say
The baby that was hospitalized Tuesday after falling into a swimming pool at a northwest valley home is in “stable” condition, according to Las Vegas police.
Metro and the Las Vegas Fire Department responded just before 2:45 p.m. Tuesday to a home in the 6200 block of Dartle Street, west of Jones Boulevard near the northern 215 Beltway, where an infant had fallen into a pool, according to police dispatch logs.
The baby was taken to Centennial Hills Hospital. Police did not provide the age or gender of the baby.
Details regarding the infant’s fall weren’t available, but the baby was still hospitalized Wednesday evening, Metro spokesman Jesse Roybal said.
