Professional and amateur boxers attended a Clark County School District Peace Week assembly Thursday at Ed Von Tobel Middle School in Las Vegas.

Gov. Brian Sandoval issued a proclamation designating Jan. 15-19 as Peace Week, which aims to help students understand and manage conflict while engaging in and modeling peaceful activities.
