Coroner identifies man who died after vehicle crashed into trailer in northeastern valley

The Clark County coroner on Sunday has identified the man who died after the vehicle he was riding in crashed into a semitrailer Saturday night.

Just before midnight, Juan Manuel Jimenez-Lopez, 19 and Pedro Regalado-Cardenas, 20, were riding in a vehicle when Regalado-Cardenas crashed into the back of a parked flatbed style semitrailer on Colton Avenue near Lamb Boulevard and Cheyenne Avenue.

Jimenez-Lopez was pronounced deceased on the scene; Regalado-Cardenas was taken to the University Medical Center with minor injuries.
