Coroner IDs body found in SUV

The body found by Nevada Highway Patrol troopers in an SUV Thursday has been identified by the Clark County coroner’s office as 59-year-old Kenneth Vandusen.

His cause of death was coronary artery disease and heat exposure, the coroner’s office said Tuesday. The death was ruled an accident.

Troopers responded to reports of a single-vehicle collision just before 2 p.m. near Pabco Road and Lake Mead Boulevard. They found Vandusen’s body about 30 minutes later. It was determined that there was no crash.
