The 77-year-old man struck and killed by an SUV in the intersection of Fremont Street and Eastern Avenue earlier this month has been identified by the Clark County coroner's office.
Maynor Santamaria was outside of a marked crosswalk when he crossed Eastern about 5:43 the morning of Dec. 2, police said.
He was struck by Kenneth Mason's SUV and pronounced dead at the scene.
Mason faces no charges in the death.
