NEW PHASE OF SEWER INSTALLATION TO START ON RAMPART BOULEVARD

Sewer line construction is continuing on schedule on Rampart Boulevard and has been completed to the entrance of the Angel Park Golf Club, 100 S. Rampart Blvd., as part of Phase 4 of the city of Las Vegas’ Rampart Boulevard Sewer Installation Project. At the same time, northbound traffic on Rampart will be returned to the east side of the median between Canyon Run and Summerlin Parkway.

As the project approaches the end of sewer pipe installation, the contractor is set to transition to the pavement rehabilitation portion, which includes milling of existing pavement in some locations and a complete thin overlay of new asphalt, with new pavement striping, from Canyon Run to Lake Mead Boulevard. This paving work is set to begin mid-May and continue until the end of the project, set for completion June 29.
