ENVY The Steakhouse at Renaissance Las Vegas, 3400 Paradise Road, plans to host a Love is Blindfolded prix fixe dinner from 5 to 11 p.m. Feb. 14. Cherries Jubilee will be flambeed tableside with the option for diners to be served while blindfolded.
