The man found shot to death in a central valley driveway Tuesday morning has been identified by the Clark County coroner's office as Derrick LaMar Patterson.

Police found the 46-year-old Las Vegas man's body just after 1 a.m., near the intersection of Owens Avenue and D Street.

Patterson died from multiple gunshot wounds, coroner's office staff said Thursday. His death was ruled a homicide.
